Stainless steel may develop a patina over time. We recommend using a bottom grid in the bowl and avoiding cutting directly on the drainboard to maintain its finish.
It is possible but requires careful templating of the worktop. Usually, a straight run is preferred for ergonomic access to both the bowl and drainer.
