Manual diverters work on low pressure, but Thermostatic Mixers do not. They require balanced, high pressure (min 3 Bar) to move the internal piston effectively.

A Mixer blends hot and cold water. A Diverter takes that mixed water and sends it to different outlets (like a spout or a shower). Most JAL units combine both functions in one body.
